Ingredients

Instructions

Season both sides of the steak with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and Sichuan pepper.

Let the steak rest at room temperature for 10–15 minutes.

Heat a cast iron skillet over high heat and add the oil.

Sear the steak for 3–4 minutes per side until you get a golden crust.
